Welcome to Norton community.
Could you please try to perform a pull-to-refresh on the Family tab so that it fetches all the device information?
Ideally, when notifications are enabled for the app, the family details and alerts should be automatically fetched when the app is in foreground or background. So, kindly check if notifications are enabled for the app under "Settings" --> "Norton Family" --> "Notifications". If not, enable "Allow Notifications" and relaunch the app.
