My Norton flagged an app as high data usage

I am on Android and I downloaded a Web Browser App. Norton told me it has High Data Usage. Dose that mean it also has High Battery Usage to?

If an app is also known to have high battery use, it will be noted as such in the App Advisor of the 360 app.
