My Norton log in Captcha problem

Hello,

I seem to be having a problem logging into my account. 

Green tick after finishing captcha which indicates captcha was OK, but 'Continue' button remains grey and not working.

I have turned on/off the computer but it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
