My password manager will not let me log in, says something went wrong

When I have had this "something went wrong" message in the past I just restart my computer and I can get into my vault. That is not happening today!!

I am having the same problem. Norton Password Manager Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. Been like this for two hours.
