I am using OS 10.5.8 with NAV 11.1.
There are three problems....
LiveUpdate now occurs every time I log onto the computer.
Previously it occured only as scheduled.
A full virus scan recently started unrequested.
Previously it occured only as scheduled.
The lock to prevent changes without password won't stay locked.
The lock has been acting flaky for while.
Any thoughts?

Symantec is working on a fix for the Live Update issue. In the meantime, you'll find a work-around in the following thread:
Live Update runs each time you boot and log in
The lock behavior was changed to always remain unlocked for Administrators. You could add your thoughts to the following thread:
4.1 changes - lock behavior changed for antivirus
I haven't seen any problems with unrequested full virus scans. You might want to check Symantec Scheduler to see if any events have been added.
