Navlibx Mac Malware removal

I keep getting a notice claiming that Navlibx is being verified.  Running my Norton 360 does not seem to help.  It has been identified on the Mac forums as some type of Malware... Can someone advise on next steps?  Running a scan does not identify it but it shows up sometimes when I am working on virtually anything the last time when working on an email.  I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) w/ 16 GB RAM running Mac Monterey version 12.3.1

Same problem, on a 2019 15 inch Macbook Pro with Monterey 12.3.1. Just noticed it today. I find no other mention here or elsewhere.
