NBRT suggestion - some backend improvements for other modules

Did Symantec's technicians thinked about NBRT improvement?
I have few ideas:

- some backend improvements for other modules if necessary;

Not counting those requests, NBRT seems to be fine, but it could be better.
What do You think about that?
