Ncrypt crashes, overheats laptop, no earnings

This has been running for over a month.  Recently I get a message Ncrypt has stopped running, several times a day.  Also, it seems to overheat the laptop and Windows crashes about once every 2 days.  And after all this time, no money earned.  I have disabled this.
