needing help to solve unknown devise in my network map

Okay first off I.m new here. Hi ,hello 

My issue  is i was checking my path to the internet and in the network map it shows from my computer to an ? mark titled unknown devise and if you click on it. it takes me to the internet to what i think is an I.P address but says site refused to open. 

Question # 1 was i hacked some how ? 

#2 how can i delete or get rid of unknown devise ?
