Re: NEIKEv2

NEIKEv2Provider is a service responsible for establishing secure VPN connections ( built in VPN protocol on Mac).

NEIKEv2Provider requests access to the KeyChain in order to receive authorization data required for the VPN connection to be established.

Please type your administrator account password and click Always Allow to sign into your VPN profile.

Re: NEIKEv2

I had the same problem and the Norton tech support could not solve it. I called Apple tech supoort and the woman I spoke with fixed it in 10 minutes. It will require you to change your iCloud password, but nothing more complicated than that.

Re: NEIKEv2

I am running High Sierra and do not get any keychain request, at the moment the VPN option does not even appear on My Norton. I have uninstalled Norton 360 but without any effect. When I go to the My Norton web page it invites me to download VPN but the download option just reinstalls the whole product and I still don't have access to the VPN. have you any suggestions.
