Please provide us with more details. Operating system, installed security program(s), all current? Is this the first time this has happened? If it has happened before what was the solution to that problem? What were you doing just prior to the start of the problem? Are any error messages being displayed? If so, what are they?

Thanks

Hi Dick.

I am running Windows 7 home. I installed some security programs before, but I uninstalled them when someone said it might be the security problem. I also closed the Windows defender, but it still cannot work. That was the first time I met the problem. No error message displayed. I have no idea of what to do, so I reinstalled the OS and it works now. I just want to figure out what has lead to this, so I could handle it next time if it happens. I really don't want to reinstall my operating system.

Regards.

Hi ingrid,

Have you checked your router and your IP? If you've set up a static IP and actually your network company provide you dynamic IP then your network won't work smoothly. You can get more router setup information from http:// www . 192168-1-1 . info
