Network Error Please check your connectivity

This problem is not solved. And there is no problem with the internet connectivity. There is no access to the online logs (Vault) and this problem has persisted over the last few days. When will the problem be resolved?

Hi dublinmountains,

First of all - a bit more info would be very helpful.  Operating System?  Norton Product or Stand Alone ID Safe and please include the version number from Support > About.  Can you sign into your Norton Acount via the user interface of the Norton Product that you are using?  The more info you can give us as to exactly what is happening, when you receive the connection warning, the better out chance of helping you out.
