Network Timeout

I cannot get into my login assistant.  Due to the wonderful decission to keep my logins on their cloud, it appears norton is having "technical issues".  If I could choose local login assistant I wouldn't be running into this problem!

Thanks Norton for the problem!!!!

Bring back local login safe identiy!

Re: Network Timeout

Having issuies loging into my safe as well says check internet connection.

Cant login to my Account from the Identty safe before trying to login into my Identity Safe yet can login to my account subscriptions via the web.

If you want to pay to update your subscription off course this works as they want your money.

But if you want to use your Indentity Safe it doesnt let you login

Re: Network Timeout

Dear Tony,

I have been having these problems for several months.  I am running Norton 360 and can log onto my account from my browser.  But when I try and use Identity Safe, I get the same error message that I cannot log in (A network error is preventing access to your Norton Account.  Please check your computer's Internet connectivity and try again.).  I received the following EMail from my last attempt to fix:

Subject: Norton Support Case - [removed]

Hello Marc,

Thank you for contacting Norton. I have added 90 days to your latest product on the account (Norton 360) for the inconvenience with ID Safe.  I am very sorry that we do not have a workaround for this, but we hope to have all of the ID Safe issues resolved soon.

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

In closing, you may receive a customer survey rating my performance today. If you get a moment to fill that out, I would greatly appreciate it.

Have a great day and Happy Holidays!
