Never ending purge?

Hi I have a NOBU subscription for more than 20GB. I backed up 17GB from my PC to NOBU, I then reformatted the HD and reinstalled Windows + NOBU etc. I restored all my backed up files successfully; but now my PC shows up multiple times in the list on the NOBU website and the backup set is marked as belonging to the "offline" computer and its taking up space.

I want to backup the "online" PC again i.e. 17GB but it keeps stopping saying I need to buy more space. I told NOBU tp purge the prior 17GB backup set from the "offline" computer and it seems to have been doing the purge for 4 days. Will it ever complete? Can you wipe it from Norton head office?
