New MACs and 64 bit Kernel with Norton Internet security

WIth the New MACS being delivered with the 64 bit kernel enabled unlike before is symantec going to write an antivirus with works with that scenario.  I realize the old ones ran 64 bit apps and the kernel was 32 bit unless you turned it on... Thats is no more and they have enabled 64 bit kernel running by default.   (AT least on the new MAC PRO line)

Thanks

Re: New MACs and 64 bit Kernel with Norton Internet security

We're aware that the new Mac Pros have a 64-bit kernel enabled by default. It's policy not to comment on unreleased products so I can't say if or when we will have a solution, but we are definitely aware of the problem and are looking at all possible solutions.
