NEW NF LOGIN - CANNOT GET INTO OLD ACCOUNT ANYMORE

It seems my account is gone now and now shows me as a "newbie". Where did all of my info go?? Is it gone forever? I have been waiting on several things to be fixed with my old account and I need all of those posts back. Please let me know how to delete this new account that your directions said I needed to create and was never tied with my old account. I just tried to send a message to my old account and when I try and open the message I get an error stating access is denied. How can this be resolved?

Accessing my account with the old login info is not working. I still cannot get into my old account at all. Trying to fix this issue, I have logged in so many different ways now trying to retrieve my old account, that I have received numerous email confirmations to create new email/passwords that my account is just totally screwed up. I wish I would have never even tried this new log in process. Can a NF tech please contact me regarding this issue??
