New Problem with NIS 20.3.1.22

The optimize feature started working all on it's own.  I am unable to turn it off.  Clicking "cancel optimize" does not work.   Any help with this is appreciated.

In Settings/General/Norton Tasks, have you set the Idle Time Optomizer setting to off ? This may help your problem....
