Hi, 

I am a new user and I have followed all the steps installing the Norton 360 Premium  and then when it goes to download a error message comes up, you can't open the application - "install Norton 360" because the classic environment is no longer supported.

Hello. My first question is what version MAC OS are you running AND do you have admin privileges? Newer versions of MAC OS DO NOT support the classic environment. Also, are you reinstalling an older version of Norton 360 or was this a new purchase being installed directly from your Norton account?

My second question is do you have ANY other security software running at the present time such as a pre-installed suite? Older version of Norton still installed? Here are the OS requirements for Norton 360 on MAC:
