New user - unable to view any activity

Have installed safety minder on XP machine for 3 children, all set up as non administrators. I use Norton 360 3.0.

The paw indicates that saftey minder is enabled and the time limit appears to be working. However despite the children having been online on monitored accounts for the best part of a day there is no activity reported under any category. Product seems brilliant, just want it to work!

Hi Aliburto,

Please check to make sure you have “Web supervision” turned On under Settings -> Web(Go) for each child's profile.

Thanks, but all categories are turned on. I have since recived notification of time limit being exceeded but nothing re web or IM activity which has definitely occurred..

A new version of the Online Family Safety Minder is available (1.1.0.21) on the Online Family Website. I'd like to suggest that you try installing the new version and see if  you there is no reported activity.

Hi i having a similar problem with the norton saftey minder except that it only shows the history for some times like i could view what happened yesterday but only some of the history for today like i could see what i did 1 hour ago and what i did just now but between those times there was blanks while im sure i was on the internet doing something. Help pls??
