New Utilities package

I have Norton 360 on my HP desktop Windows 10, and have added it to my husband's HP laptop and my Samsung tablet.  I have successfully installed the Utilities package and run it on my desktop, but even though it is installed on the laptop, it won't activate.  Message says it wants an activation key.  I tried putting in my product key that came with the original subscription, but it didn't work.  Where do I get a key that works on my husband't laptop?

Re: New Utilities package

Your husband needs to click on the '?' for help, and then click on About Norton Utilities. Then chick on Change Key and then enter the product key there.

If that does not work, try entering the product key at   www.norton.com/setup  That should take care of installing and activating any Norton product.

Re: New Utilities package

Are you using the bonus Norton Utilities Premium, NUP, offered for having automatic renewal enabled on your 360 subscription? If so, this bonus is no longer being offered.

This change in the offer will allow you to continue using it on a system you already had it set up on until the current 360 subscription that supported the offer expires. Even if you keep automatic renewal enabled. But you are not able to install on any other devices with the free offer.

Re: New Utilities package

You asked if my Norton Utilities was a freebie or if I had paid for it.  I paid for it - about A$40 or thereabouts.  A week or so ago.  My husband has the icon on his laptop but when he clicks on it, it asks him for the activation key.
