Hi Mlau, Have you searched Help>Renewal & Purchase (support.norton.com/sp/en/uk/norton-renewal-purchase/current/....) if you are UK based?
At the bottom of this page I found contact details and also a link under Quick Help. Buy, Renew & Refund on how to turn off automatic renewal. I hope this helps.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.
- Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry.
- Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry.
- Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting.

Also check that you have disabled any ad blockers for the Norton pages. They can interfere with the proper loading of Norton pages.
