[NIS 18.5] UI on slow comp. Scan window focus

Normal window view. This can be if I wait for scroll bar to stop moving to its further position. Time is needed to slide scroll bar into selected by user position.

This can happen on a slow computers (I guess with no high performance video cards or just with high process using (overload)), there sliding effects can take more time so user can do other actions while previous action is still performing

Can anybody replay that?

1) Open scanning window (start to scan somethat)

2) Open all subitems  in all main strings (Total items scanned, Total Securoty risks...)

3) Slide scrollbar into its top position

4) Now click on the empty-of-scrollbar srcroll line space near down button (on the picture this was marked by green vertical ellipse) AND DIRECTLY AFTER THAT catch the top window border by mouse pointer and move it up and set it free.

the content in the window will move up too and a part of it became unvisible

Sorry, I'm not registered on youtube.com and do not want to register to upload only a few small videos (they can be in future) and must be seen only nowadays for some tens of days only. Effect must be just illuminated to share this information with developers and users. In future then developers will know about this - they can fix it or if it will be not fixed - than they think that this is not a lack and this may be little lack will be preset in all further versions at least 2011 Norton line while Norton line will be not fully reorganized/redeveloped.

Can you share the sites on which video can be uploaded without registration?

Or may be there is such video share service is here, on this site?

Re: [NIS 18.5] UI on slow comp. Scan window focus

I make this video with CamStudio program, 75 MB, Then I recoded it with VirtualDub. Result is 3 MB with "readable/viewable" quality.

Comp. is slow so in result video frame rate is low.
