NIS 2009 + Norton Utilities = Norton 360?

I am interested in purchasing Norton Internet Security 2009 together with the Norton Utilities upgrade.  Is this essentially equivalent to Norton 360 v3.0, but without the online backup feature?  Assuming I don't need the online backup, which of these two options (NIS 2009 + Utilities or Norton 360) is the better pick?  Thanks!

Re: NIS 2009 + Norton Utilities = Norton 360?

360 has all security features NIS has (basicly 360 is an extended NIS), plus some clean-up function and the basic back-up feature, and it was designed for the average user, who don't want to change anything in the program. NIS is for the "power users", who likes to know what the program do, and can change everything in it.
Utilities is a complete bunch of system tools (some are the same as in 360).

If you would like to use Utilities and NIS together, you should check Norton SystemWorks Basic too. NSW is quite the same as NU, only little differences. You can check it here: http://www.symantec.com/norton/systemworks-basic-edition

Windows 10 Hungarian, Norton Internet Security v22.9.0.71
