NIS 2011 - 3 computers, that means 3 different IP's ?

Hi there, I'm using NIS 2011, it's for 2 years and for 3 computers, does that mean I can use it for another IP if I want ?

I mean my brother has another IP adres and lives somewhere else, can I give one to him or is that forbiddden cause it will block my account ?

Regards...

3Users means 3 times activations  in different computers, not IP.

Hello ferenzzz and welcome!

The Norton products identify each installation by generating a hash value for each computer.  This is based primarily upon the hardware configuration such as the motherboard, hard drive and other parameters.

The MAC address may be included in this value.
