NIS 2012 Identity Safe Stopped Working

Since yesterday, my Identity Safe stopped working and will not let me log in from Internet Explorer 9.  Every time I try to login the circle thing twirls around for about five minutes then gives me an error message saying I have no internet connection.  My internet connection is fine.

When I went to the NIS program under Identity Safe I discovered I had to set it up again even though it had been set up previously.  After entering my password, it says it is synching then does nothing.

Should I just uninstall the entire program and reinstall?  I don't seem to be able to get this to work and my subscription is still valid for about two more months.  Why would it suddenly stop working?

Re: NIS 2012 Identity Safe Stopped Working

Hi,

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

1)  Can you please logout of Norton Account and try to login back and check whether you are able to login Online Vault.

You can logout of Norton Account from "Settings"->"Web"->"Identity Safe"->"Log in to Identity Safe" UI-> "Logout" link.
