NIS 2012 Identity Safe Stopped Working
Since yesterday, my Identity Safe stopped working and will not let me log in from Internet Explorer 9. Every time I try to login the circle thing twirls around for about five minutes then gives me an error message saying I have no internet connection. My internet connection is fine.
When I went to the NIS program under Identity Safe I discovered I had to set it up again even though it had been set up previously. After entering my password, it says it is synching then does nothing.
Should I just uninstall the entire program and reinstall? I don't seem to be able to get this to work and my subscription is still valid for about two more months. Why would it suddenly stop working?
