NIS Dual Protection
Just got a new iMac and will be using both Windows XP with Parallels and Windows 7 with Bootcamp. Will the NIS dual protection protect the two Windows OS's and the Mac OS (ie 3 OS's on one computer)?

Yes, Norton Internet Security Dual Protection works on Mac OS X 10.4 and above, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. The full system requirements are found here:
