If you are using IE9, please enable compatability mode so we can see your posts.

Okay, here's the problem. NIS says my intrusion protection is disabled. I click on the "Your computer is at risk: Fix now" and NIS attempts to correct the problem, but fails. I then get another window for "One Click Support. Begin support session." It displays error code: 3040,20011. One Click Support couldn't find an automatic solution, then tells me to "Launch Support Web Site." According to the web site for that error code, I either have to restart the computer to see if that works, which I've done numerous times, or completely reinstall the product. Is this the only fix, and what caused the problem in the first place?
