Re: NIS2009 Subscription

Hi Bowwie,

Best thing you can do is contact the Symantec Customer Service(chat) to enable or disable the Automatic Renewal. You can use this LINK.

You may cancel the automatic renewal feature of Norton Ongoing Protection at any time by completing a Norton Ongoing Protection Cancellation form for each subscription. You will need to provide the order number and product key included in this Order Confirmation email. You will receive a response confirming that your request was received. However, cancelling the automatic renewal feature will leave you at risk of becoming unprotected from the latest security threats. To get Norton Ongoing Protection Cancellation form, Click here.

Kindly check this also:

If you have Created a Norton Account, you can Cancel the On-going Protection there.
