NMS Lite Purchase Issue

Have read the existing posts, attempted to get Google to resolve with zero luck.

I installed NMS lite on my wifes Droid X 2.3.3.  We both have the same CC info in our Market Profiles.

During the purchase process for the Full Version I got the following,

Symantec Inc, USA CA Symantec Ltd all other Regions has cancelled your order.
You won't be charged.
Reason: Other (describe below)
Comments
from Symantec Inc, USA CA Symantec Ltd all other Regions: "We could not complete
your order in a timely fashion. Please verify your payment information in Google
Checkout and try again later."

I verified the CC information and even deleted and re-entered it with no luck.  Every time I try to license the Full Version from her phone I get an error that an order is pending and try again later....it has been a week now!

Stuck...help!

Do you have the same main e-mail address for Android Market use? We currently are seeing some issues where if we have more than 2 devices using the same main e-mail address on the device only the first device can purchase. We are investigating the root cause of this issue and checking with Google to see if this is possibly an issue caused by Android Market.

Once we have more information we will post it on the forums. In the meantime, if you are using the same e-mail address, you could try using a different e-mail account for your wife's DroidX, however, that will likely require a factory reset on the phone.

Seperate email addresses.  This is a catch-22, can't reorder because the phone states "Error you already have a pending order for this item".  Who can clear this?  Google is no help and this is the only place for NMS support. 

What recourse is there?

I will go ahead and escalate this issue to the development team and hopefully we can get this resolved asap.
