No activity is being reported for my two children. I am not receiving email notifications about their activity and on the dashboard under all the supervision tabs, it displays "No activity reported in 7 days".
Just want to make sure Norton Family is installed and configured correctly on the PC for the child, can you please answer the following questions?
No, I do not see a pop up. I do not get blocked when trying to access a forbidden website.
You probably don't have the program installed or configured successfully. Please check out the Get Started Help files to reinstall the program to see if this helps.
I have used it successfully in the past and I have not changed any settings. My account was one of the accounts that lost all the settings last month. Norton successfully restored my settings, but I believe this has not been monitoring since around that time. I will still try to reinstall and see if that resolves my issues.
