No activity reported

No activity is being reported for my two children. I am not receiving email notifications about their activity and on the dashboard under all the supervision tabs, it displays "No activity reported in 7 days".

Hi Lisa,

Just want to make sure Norton Family is installed and configured correctly on the PC for the child, can you please answer the following questions?

  1. Do you see a pop-up message at lower right hand corner saying you are being monitored after you log onto your PC as the child?
  2. If you log onto the PC as the monitored child and try to access a forbidden website, do you get blocked?

No, I do not see a pop up.  I do not get blocked when trying to access a forbidden website.

Hi Lisa,

You probably don't have the program installed or configured successfully.  Please check out the Get Started Help files to reinstall the program to see if this helps.

I have used it successfully in the past and I have not changed any settings.  My account was one of the accounts that lost all the settings last month.  Norton successfully restored my settings, but I believe this has not been monitoring since around that time.  I will still try to reinstall and see if that resolves my issues.
