No Activity Reports on Website in my Premium Account

I have 5 kids using 2 computers and multiple mobile devices. Everything is configured properly on the clients, and time and website restrictions are functioning properly. However, when I log into my account online, all of my kids' activity reports (web, search, video, etc.) show "No activity for Last 7 Days". Where is my data?
