No effective Norton support

E-mail not work with VPN on Mac since keychain required couple days ago. Have spent hours with Norton support to no avail.
Need Norton contact to either get effective solution or uninstall/refund of Norton, at least on Mac. Works okay on Windows.
Cannot continue to take hours running down dead ends.
