No "Fix Now" button on "At Risk" window

Norton Security 22.10.0.85 Windows 10 Home My toolbar icon has the red X notification bubble, indicating the system is "at risk". When I click on it, the main window opens up showing that "Security" is at risk. However, where the "fix now" button should be, there is nothing. If the administrator logs in, the button is there - but only for that user. However, I need "Standard Users" to be able to use the "Fix Now" as the administrator is not always available. How can I do this? What am I missing?

There should be a description of what Norton has determined is wrong. ie LiveUpdate needs to run, or computer needs to be scanned.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: No "Fix Now" button on "At Risk" window

Looking at the main screen, Security is red and Performance is orange. I can tell from this that a quick scan and a file cleanup need to be completed. However, the main user of the PC does not know that. Which is why I told her to just click the "Fix Now" button. When she swore there wasn't one, I looked at her PC and was perplexed. I've never seen that screen without the "Fix Now" button.

Any error codes showing?

No error codes at all. Other than the lack of the "Fix Now" button and some greyed out settings in the "settings" menu, there is nothing wrong. This makes me think it is a user permission setting. However, I can't find anyway to change that.

If the Settings are greyed out only the admin can access it. This normal if the machine has several users in it. Have you tried the Fix Now button from the admin acct?

Re: No "Fix Now" button on "At Risk" window

Everything works normally under the Admin user. However, the main user is not an Admin user. I can understand the grayed out settings (and prefer that to prevent changes by the main user). However, I feel that the main user should be able to use the "Fix Now" button.
