'no internet' on wireless

I should have paid more attention... a popup from Norton appeared on my Win 10 system... something like 'you should turn on the Norton firewall protection'.  So I did.

But I lost access to the internet.  When I open the wireless settings, it has the note of 'No internet, secured'.  I plugged in the Ethernet cable and it also shows 'No internet'.

I have already opened Norton Internet Security -> firewall -> reset  -> restarted system.  But still no access to the internet.  How to fix?

Re: 'no internet' on wireless

Go to Window 10 Settings - Update and Security and click on the Troubleshoot link on the left. Then click Internet Connections and follow the directions to troubleshoot your internet connection.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
