No more alerts

Regarding Lifelock's ultimate plus: I am no longer receiving alerts from transactions from my financial institutions though the institutions are connected to Lifelock. I have now spent 4+ hours talking to representatives who promise a call back the next day. The call back has never come. I have been told each time "it is because they need confirmation of information," but the information has already been provided. My alerts are set to be sent to me by text and email. I don't understand what happened. Can someone help me?
