No "Questionable Activity" shown after receiving email warning

I installed the safety minder on my daughter's PC a few months back and everything appears to be functioning normally except for this one thing.  I receive email messages indicating that my daughter has done something questionable, so I click on the link and log in to see the details.  I'm presented with a flood of information, so I click on the check box "Show Questionable Activity Only" and all rows disappear except for a message stating "No activity for Last 7 Days".  My wife sees the same thing with her computer and her account.  Since I am attempting to view the exceptions in less that a week since receiving the email, this is a problem.

Hi gphillips, 

You will receive a notification email right away when a questionable activity happens, and It could take a few minutes to show the activity on the Web Activity page.   Could you wait a few minutes and check the Web page again to see if the activity shows up? It should be printed in red.

We are currently working on a bug which involves the way the web site reports questionable activity.

From time to time, questionable activity events are not being displayed in a condensed format. 

My suggestion is that you review the date and time that you recieved the email. and then navigate to that date in the "all activity" page to review those events.
