no scans scheduled

I keep getting warnings that "No scans were run in the past 30 days. We recommend checking your devices and scheduling automatic scans"

while in fact I do have full auto scans setup twice a day plus I run scans periodically, any suggestions on how I can stop getting this warning, Please Reply Please Advise, Thanks for your time and help

This Message actually appears for Norton Smart Scan, which runs automatically at certain interval of time.

It look like this:-

You could turn OFF Schedule Smart Scan to run Automatically.

If you have set up scheduled scans, try going to the settings again and disable your scheduled scans. Restart your computer and set up your scans again and test.
