NOBU advertising pop ups are more than annoying

Norton helps me block pop ups -- except their own.  More than annoying, it borders on abusive.  Can anyone tell me how to shut off the pop ups that keep asking me to purchase this product?  Thanks.

Hello

Can you please specific where you're specifically seeing the popups - from within another Norton product or elsewhere?

Re: NOBU advertising pop ups are more than annoying

I have the same problem.  I believe he is referring to the window that pops up on the screen every single time I boot up my PC, encouraging me to activate my free trial of Norton Online Backup.  This has been happening ever since I renewed my subscription to Norton 360 about 2 months ago.

Every time it pops up I click on the button that says do not show this again, and it doesn't make any difference.  Next time I boot up, there it is again.  Seriously, this does not make me want to buy more stuff from Norton.  it makes me think about not buying anything from them again.  How do we make it stop?

Fireflite

If its persisting beyond the do not show again notification its not able to save the settings. Support needs to take a look to see why that is the case. Please visit www.norton.com/chat and have them perform a remote support session to see why the reminder is acting that way. They may have to collect more info as well to troubleshoot that would not necessarily be suitable for the forum.
