Kudos1 Stats

NOBU Backup will not complete.

I am backing up to networked drive and NOBU shows "100% Copied" but the status never goes to complete.  The status shows "Starting" (with the circular activity indicator running continuously), but never changes.  I even deleted that backup set and created a new set, but had the same result.  This also happens when backing up to Norton's secure online storage.  I eventually have to close the window manually to stop the backup process (the "Pause" and "Cancel" buttons are greyed out and not active).

I still seem to have this problem when backing up to either a USB drive or a networked drive.

The OnlineBackup.log was located at:

C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\N360_21.1.0.18\Backup

I could not find the Log.txt file anywhere on my C: drive.  Could be using a different name?

I do not use online backup - only local bacup.

I found no log files for Norton.

The directory specified does not exist on my computer.
