NOBU "Busy" For Two Days

I haven't been able to back up for two days.  Can anyone tell me when maintenance will be done.  Page says:

"Nobu is busy doing maintenance.  We are sorry but Norton Online Backup is currently down for scheduled improvements; please check back with us again soon.:

There haven't been any maintenance cycles to explain why you're getting that message. It is likely an account specific issue. Please contact support to have them have the account checked out. Advise them the account may have a maintenance flag set and request it be escalated up.
