New to Norton. I am getting texts at 4 AM that wake me up, telling me a financial transaction has occurred. How do I set them to arrive at a better time?

This does not sound like a Norton notification. Are you sure it is not from your bank? Or is it a Lifelock notification?
What phone are you using? Check the phone's settings to see if there is a Do not disturb setting you can use.
