Norton 360

I have MacBook Pro with M1 and Sonoma 14.  Although I had this problem for many months.  When I try to open Norton 360 it gets stuck in pending while loading.  I have tried restarting the computer, I have uninstalled the program and removed all traces of Norton and reinstalled the program.  When I install it works for that day but when I try to open it up it says the pending.  I have tried the uninstall maybe 6 times.

Have you uninstalled with the RMAC tool?
