Norton 360 access problem

I have Norton 360 on Windows 10, and Chrome is my default browser. I'm getting a message saying that my trial version has expired when my subscription has at least six months to run. When I try to activate the subscription, I get a message saying that "we are working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later [– 2016]". Norton Support has tried, and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the product, without success, using the Norton Uninstall and Reinstall Tool. The product is up-to-date. I think I have access to such as Password Manager, with some difficulty, but I don't think the product has any anti-virus features. What can I do? Ralph Smith

Hi, Ralph. I'd suggest using the REMOVE option in the NRRT, and then after you've restarted, download a fresh copy of your Norton product from your Norton Account.


After the fresh install, run Live Update until no more are found and then restart once more.

Also, go through and check your Settings afterwards to see if they are as you want them.
