Norton 360 and Windows Defender on Win-10

I have installed Norton 360 (22.5.22.15) on Win-10 Tech Preview (latest build)

I have noticed that Windows Defender cannot be permanently disabled

Defender automatically re-enables itself (see attachment)

Would this create a conflict between Defender and Norton 360 ?

Looking at your image, Defender's selection shows ON, but it is greyed out. This would indicate that it is actually off.

To verify this, click on the Start Button and type Defender and click on Windows Defender. You should get a message saying the app is turned off.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
