The Norton 360 app reflects an incorrect expiry date

Hello, I have a Samsung S20 FE, when I download to my device it seems to work but my expiry date does not reflect the new product key. It is still showing the expiry date of my Norton Premium 360 that finishes in 9 days. I have installed a new product key today

Try going into Android Settings > Apps and scroll to the 360 app. Then under storage, clear the app data. Then open the 360 app and sign into your Norton Account, and you should be offered a choice of subscriptions that support your mobile device. Choose the one you just renewed and test.
