Norton 360 AV registered Windows 7 PC has AV automatically reduced to Trial version!!

I recently added a new device to my Norton 360 AV product and on the same day a Wondows 7 64bit pc inexplicably stopped having internet access and Norton on that PC has been reduced now to an "expired" Trial version.

Can anyone please explain this and has anyone else suffered this kind of situation before please?

Thank you.

Hi ResGus,

How many devices do you have N 360 installed on?" The max for N 360 is 3.

However I do not see why an expired N 360 trial would cause Win 7 to not connect to the internet.  It would not be protected - but should still connnet.

On the PC that shows a trial version, click on Help - Subscription Status from the main Norton screen. This should sync your PC with the Norton subscription servers.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
