Norton 360 Backup no longer recognizes backup drive after latest required Norton required reboot

Norton 360 required a Windows 7 reboot this morning. Since that time the backup function no longer works. The Y: drive is available, because Windows Explorer shows me the files that are on Y: drive.

"Get support" finds no issues with the installation.

Partially resolved. I had to go through the configure settings of Norton Backup to get Norton backup to recognize the Y: drive

Hi Kveg.

You say "partially resolved" but it sounds fully resolved.  What remains to be solved?

I was going to recommend that you just went back in to Manage Backup sets and refresh the locations.  Which you appear to have done so there should be no problem.

Good luck.

Mike
