Norton 360 blocking use of Itunes on Sonos
I have the current version of Norton 360 installed on a new PC with Windows 10. I installed the Sonos controller on the PC and want to import my iTunes library on the Sonos contoller. However Norton Firewall does not allow me to access my PC and the iTunes library with the given message "Error adding Music Folder - Desktop V********** is not responding". The Sonos online technical advice is that the Norton is blocking my PC. I have followed the Sonos Technical information provided for unblocking Norton, however it only seems to be for older versions of Norton 360. So I tried following instructions provided by Sonos for "Norton Security Deluxe 2017". I have changed the traffic rules as advised for "Norton Security Deluxe 2017 and ensured that Network Trust is configured to "Private". I have also made sure that in the Itunes library (V126.96.36.199) that I authorised this PC. Also within iTunes I checked the share itunes library xml with other applications.
