Norton 360 Clean does not complete the cleaning process MacBook Pro OS 12.6.3

Norton 360 Clean does not complete the process, I have a MacBook Pro OS 12.6.3, the cleaning cycle gets to the very last stage and when I select the clean button the process begins and never finishes. This feature has never worked for me.

Yep, I have the same issue on my Macbook Pro @stephenboyd1964 Its software is Big Sur 11.7.4. I've run the same operation on my newer Macbook Pro running Monterey 12.5 and it ran through fine so I wonder if it's a compatibility issue?
