Norton 360 has stopped working! Need to uninstall, then re-install, but I can't.

Norton 360 has stopped working! Can't launch the app, can't scan files with it. Tried restarting, didn't help. Need to uninstall, then re-install; but I can't do that either! Because the app won't launch, so I can't select 'uninstall' from the menu. Went to https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v134746139 page entitled: 'Uninstall Norton device security on Mac'. Tried to follow the instructions there, but I'm stuck now, on Step 5: 'In the window that appears, click Uninstall.' I see no window. There is no window. And as I said before, because the app won't launch, I can't do it from within Norton itself.

Today, since upgrading to MacOS v10.15.7, Norton 360 does not run.

I've rebooted a number of times with no joy. Cannot un-install to re-install

Advice from Norton would be great.
